Share & Collaborate on Agents

Work on agents as a team — share an agent with specific teams, set visibility, and use it together inside a team project.

    To get started, click the Agents tab to view and manage your available agents.

    Afterwards, click the share link button to share the agent configuration with your team.

  3. 3

    Souvenir lets you build an agent once and share it with specific team members or your entire team — so everyone works from the same brain without losing control over who has access to what.

    Then click the dropdown to select which teams in your organization can access this agent.

  5. 5

    After that, select the team you want to share this agent with.

    Clicking Save visibility makes the agent visible to the team members you selected.

    Next, click the Republish button to save and deploy your sharing changes.

    Next up, click the Chats tab to view and manage your conversations with agents.

    Click the teams dropdown to select the team where you want to use this agent.

    Scroll to find the team you've shared this agent with.

    Then, click the Product-Design team to open its workspace and access the agent.

    Select the project under the selected team to open it.

    From here, click the attachment button to add an agent inside your team's project.

    Next, click Add agent to access your agent.

    Now select the agent you shared with this team — your teammates will be able to access it too.
