Organize Pins & Folders

Keep your best chats within reach — pin what matters, add notes, and group your pins into folders.

    Click the pin button to save this response for later.

  2. 2

    Your pinned response is saved here. Click to expand and read the full content.

  3. 3

    Click here to add a comment or note to this pin.

  4. 4

    Afterwards, click the Save button to preserve your comment to the pinboard.

  5. 5

    Following that, click the “Show in chat” button to display the pinned content within your chat conversation.

    Click Insert to drop this pin directly into your chat.

    From here, click Organize to arrange and structure your saved pins.

    Following that, click the Organise button to manage your pins.

    Following that, click the New folder button to create an organized folder structure.

    Give your folder a name.

    Afterwards, click the “Create folder” button to complete the new folder setup.

    Select the pin you want to move into a folder.

    Then, click “Move to folder” to relocate the selected pin.

    From here, select Market Research to move your pin to that folder.

    Then, click the Done button to complete your selection and close the dialog.

    Next up, click Market Research to view and organize pins in that folder.

    Now, click the close button to exit the expanded pinboard view.

    Next, click the close button to dismiss the pinboard panel and return to chat.

    Next, click the “New chat” button to start a fresh conversation.

    Click here and ask anything. Type @ to instantly search and pull in your saved pins and past conversations.

    Following that, click the X button to remove the attached pin tag.

    Click here to attach your entire pins folder to the chat.

    Now, click Pin folders to save your frequently used folders for quick access.

    As the last step, select Market Research from the dropdown menu to choose your folder.
