Create and Deploy a Custom AI Agent on Souvenir

   To begin, click the Agents tab to view and manage available AI agents.

   This is your AI Assistant library. All your team's assistants live here. Click any card to open it or create a new one

   Then, click the New agent button to create and configure a new AI agent.

   Pick a template to get started quickly, or click Start blank to build a custom AI Assistant from scratch.

   From here, click Start blank to create a new custom agent from scratch.

   Next, enter a concise description of what this agent should accomplish in plain English.

   Then, click the Continue button to proceed to the next configuration step.

   Next up, enter your desired agent name in the text field to continue setup.

   Now, click the Continue button to proceed with setting up your agent.

    Choose how your AI Assistant should sound and behave in every conversation.

    Afterwards, click the Continue button to proceed to the next configuration step.

    Click Select model to choose the right AI model for your assistant. Use a cost-efficient model for simple tasks and a powerful one for complex work.

    After that, select any model from the model dropdown list to configure the agent.

    Review the system instruction to see how your assistant behaves. You can edit it or add your own custom instructions to tailor it to your exact needs.

    Not sure how to improve your instructions? Click Enhance and Souvenir will automatically make them clearer and more powerful.

    Set the creativity level. Closer to 0 means precise answers straight from your sources. Closer to 1 gives your assistant more freedom to research and go beyond the source.

    Now, click the Continue button to proceed to the next configuration step.

    Then, click the "Change Image" button to update the agent's avatar.

    Following that, click the Continue button to proceed to the next configuration step.

    Now, click Upload Files to add knowledge sources for your Agent.

    After that, click the Continue button to proceed to the next configuration step.

    Here you can see all the apps already connected to your workspace.

    Toggle any one on to give your AI Assistant access to its data.

    Need to connect a new app? Click Manage in Settings to add connectors and make them available to your AI Assistants.

    After that, click the Continue button to proceed to the next step.

    Next up, click Save version to preserve your current sharing configuration changes.

    View your AI Assistant's full version history and restore any previous version at any time.

    Next up, close the Versions panel to return to the main Sharing Configuration view.

    From here, click AI Suggestions to receive automated recommendations for sharing configuration.

    From here, click the input field to ask the AI for guidance on improving your agent.

    Afterwards, click the send button to deliver the email invitation to your colleague.

    After that, click the expand button to view AI suggestions for optimizing your agent configuration.

    Next up, click the close button to dismiss the AI suggestions panel.

    After that, click the Test Chat button to preview your agent in action.

    Now, click "Use this agent" to add the Souvenir Scout agent to your workspace.
