Enable connectors for your whole organization, approve member requests, and scope shared connectors to specific teams.

    First off, click on “Manage Souvenir” to access settings and configuration options.

    Next, click the Connectors option to configure your workspace integrations.

    In the connectors catalog, you can see every connector Souvenir offers.

  4. 4

    Following this, toggle the switch to enable a connector for your entire organization — use this for a common connector everyone in your org uses.

    In the Permissions tab, you can see who is requesting connector access — editors and members can request a connector for their team or project.

    Next, review the connector request message and the member who requested it before approving.

    After that, click the Approve button to authorize the connector request.

    In the Manage Connectors section, you can manage connectors shared across multiple accounts and assign them to a specific team.

    Next, click the Manage button to configure shared connector accounts.

    After that, click Manage to configure the connector settings and team access.

    Enable this toggle to attach the shared connector to a specific team.

    Now you have the flexibility to grant connector permissions at the individual team level.

    Now, click the All permissions dropdown to view the available permission options.
