   First up, click the message input field to begin typing your message.

   Following this, click the Send button to submit your question to the agent.

   Now highlight the first point so you can save it for later.

   Now, click the Highlight button to emphasize important text in the answer.

   Click Copy to grab this highlight — paste it into any chat or app later.

   Now paste your copied highlight here and ask a follow-up question.

   Afterwards, click Open in chat to view the highlighted content in the main conversation.

   Don't need it anymore? Click the delete icon to remove the highlight.

   Now, click the Close button to dismiss the highlight panel and continue.

    Open the Highlights panel here to find every passage you've saved, all in one place.
