Which tools do I need to connect?
Start with your store and the supported sources relevant to the work you want Souvenir to do. The available data and actions depend on the tools you connect and their permissions.
How is this different from a dashboard?
Dashboards are one part of the platform. The agent also surfaces opportunities, explains its findings, prepares actions and carries out supported steps with your approval. It follows the outcome and revisits its approach toward improvement.
Do I need to tell the agent what to monitor?
Built-in monitoring checks business fundamentals. You can add your own concerns, conditions and thresholds through Watchlist in ordinary language.
Can I use Souvenir in Slack?
